These terms govern your use of ELEDESK's website and AI receptionist service ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to do so.

The Service

ELEDESK provides AI-powered assistants that operate over WhatsApp and on the web to answer customer questions and manage appointment bookings for businesses. Features and plans are described at eledesk.com.

AI-generated responses

Replies are generated by AI and, while designed to be accurate and helpful, may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. The Service is provided to assist, not replace, your judgement. Always confirm important details (such as appointment times, prices and availability) before relying on them. ELEDESK is not liable for decisions made solely on AI output.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service unlawfully, to harass others, or to send spam.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• You're responsible for the content and configuration you provide for your business.

Plans, fees & billing

Paid plans (e.g. Starter and Growth) are billed monthly or annually as shown at sign-up, in AED and exclusive of 5% VAT, plus any one-time setup fee. Annual plans are billed for the full term. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these terms or non-payment.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Meta/WhatsApp, Google and others. Your use of those is subject to their terms, and their availability is outside our control.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELEDESK's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
