You can ask ELEDESK to delete the personal data we hold about you — your conversation history and any booking details — at any time.

How to request deletion

• Email contact@eledesk.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
• Include the WhatsApp phone number and/or email address you used with the assistant, so we can locate your records.

What we delete

Your stored conversation history, contact details, and booking records associated with that phone number or email. Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records) and is then deleted once no longer needed.

Timeline

We confirm and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
